When you purchase a snipe from chearful.ninja either through the snipe shop or through a support ticket, you agree that the purchase is final and there will be no refunds.
The exception to the 'no refund' rule is when the snipe fails and the fault is not that of the client's. It is the client's fault if invalid credentials are provided at the time of snipe or the client opts to use a migrated account to claim the name and the name gets claimed by somebody else in the short time that it is unblocked for. It is also the client's fault if the user opts to provide credentials later, but never attaches credentials before the snipe takes place.
If you do not provide valid credentials at the time of snipe but provide valid credentials after the snipe, then there is still no refund if the name is not claimed in time.
Invalid credentials are defined as anything stopping us from being able to claim the name on your account. For example, security questions being enabled without the correct answers being provided; a name change not being available on the account; the email on the account not being verified; the username, email, password or giftcode being incorrect
Snipes are the property of chearful.ninja. As such, chearful.ninja reserve the right to override or cancel any snipe of their choice. If this happens, a refund will be issued. Snipes cannot be resold or otherwise transferred to others - if chearful.ninja finds this has happened, your snipe will be deleted without a refund.
If you are using our Mojang account to claim with (such as claiming on an unmigrated account or using a giftcode), then it is your responsibility to follow all advice that you are given by our support team. Information on what you have to do is provided when we give you the login details. We do not take any responsibility for what happens to the account if you fail to follow these instructions within 24 hours of receiving the credentials. Please note that all inbound and outbound emails from the inbox we provide are logged. We do not store 'OG info' on the accounts that we provide.
Premium is offered on a 'subscription' model where you purchase months and they are added to your account. Once all months have been used up, you lose all your perks. Premium is non-refundable. Minimum 1 month purchase. There are also no automatic renewals.
The 'near instantaneous' claiming perk (aka claiming a name within 30 minutes after all your snipes) is only available if your credentials are valid (see the 'snipes' section for more info about this). Should your credentials be invalid, or the name otherwise cannot be claimed during the ‘instantaneous’ period due to issues outside of chearful.ninja's control, then we are unable to offer this guarantee.
Chearful & Ninja's sniping service reserve the right to modify the price of any of their products at any given time with or without notice. Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis, and are in no way guaranteed. Requests for refunds should take place in a support ticket. PayPal disputes and chargebacks are not permitted unless explicitly authorized by either Chearful or Ninja. By purchasing any item on our site, you acknowledge that you are the owner of the account and/or bank account/card being used to make the payment. Credits that are applied for free (i.e credit re-add for an invalid snipe, but not limited to this) have no monetary value and cannot be factored into the cost of paying extra for a snipe.
This part of the terms of service is only relevant to chearful.ninja/accounts. Accounts listed for sale have their selling points correct at time of writing. No warranty is offered on the accounts sold on our account store. The moment the payment is received is the moment you are responsible for the account. You should follow any advice provided in the email sent to you with your credentials. Refunds are not available for accounts sold on the account store and likewise, chargebacks/payment disputes are also not permitted.
